March 2024 Market Update Palm Beach County

The March 2024 Market Update for Palm Beach County indicates that as the moving season draws near, inventory is increasing.

Palm Beach County's property listings have risen to 5,066, marking a 30.7% increase from last year. The county now has a 4.4-month supply of inventory, up 37.5% as buyers evaluate their options. The average sale price stands at $1,196,445, contributing to a total sales volume of $1.5 billion.

In March, the county completed 1,226 property sales and added 1,777 new listings, a slight increase of 2.2% from the previous year, according to David Serle, 2024 president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie RealtorsĀ®
