February 2024 Market Update Palm Beach County

The February 2024 Market Update shows thatĀ Palm Beach County's inventory has surged, reaching 5,080 active listings, a 26.1% increase from last year. This month saw a 19.2% rise in overall dollar volume to $1.1 billion, with a median sale price of $615,000. David Serle, 2024 president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie RealtorsĀ®, notes a 26.5% increase in new listings compared to February 2023, along with 1,438 new pending sales. As South Florida remains a top destination, Serle emphasizes the importance of seeking assistance from real estate professionals in navigating the current market.
