Barry was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He helped me find the perfect place for my mom, and I truly can’t say enough about how supportive, responsive, and dedicated he was throughout the entire process.

He consistently went above and beyond to make sure my mom was taken care of, kept everyone informed every step of the way, and helped guide us through some really important decisions. He even made sure she was approved by the HOA quickly, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off our shoulders.

No matter the time of day, Barry was always quick to respond and ready to help. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that level of service is rare.

We needed to sell my Dad’s condo in the Delray Beach area of FL but live several states away. I went with Barry based upon a friend’s recommendation and we’re so glad that we did!

Barry went above and beyond to get everything prepared for us for the sale. He had handymen and paint services that were fast and fairly priced. He had unwanted furniture removed and did an excellent job with the photos, ads and staging.

He was also attentive to all our concerns and was always available when we had questions. I highly recommend Barry and cannot thank him enough for making the sale transaction run so smoothly for our family.
