Q?

What is the value of my property?

A.

There are a few different models we use when doing the comparative market analysis of your home. One valuation model is we visit your home to lay our own eyes on it. The other option we do remotely and never visit your home. You send us pictures and videos so we better understand what to compare and we do your valuation.

Q?

Do you recommend Delray or Boynton?

A.

That is always personal to each of us. The best advice we can give is Delray has the famous and eclectic downtown Atlantic Avenue... which for many, especially those from the northeast or that have seasonal homes in Delray Beach, is a major reason why people live here. However, Delray is more expensive. You can learn more here: Delray Beach

You can get more for your money in Boynton, but you don't get the Avenue. Boynton is going through its own revival with many great projects underway! You can learn more here: Boynton Beach
