Palm Beach County Property Remaining in Demand

Palm Beach County median home prices rises to an all time high at $466,000. Barry Frette personally has clients wondering what the market is going to look like in a few years. Is it still going to be a "high demand" market in a few years? Should I buy now? Are interest rates going to rise?

Due to the high state income taxes in New York and also other factors, many people are fleeing the northeast. Barry has sold half his transactions this year from people from New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
