Fresh off the press! The Florida Realtors® have unveiled their July 2023 market update report, showcasing the latest real estate trends in Palm Beach County. This report offers a comparative analysis based on year-over-year figures. Dive into the statistics for single-family homes below.

As the inventory saw a year-over-year drop in July, the supply duration extended to 2.9 months—an elevation of 7.4% from July 2022. The median sale price consistently stands at $600,000.

"Realtors® are finalizing deals, with the median duration to ink a contract now being 22 days. This is a significant 57.1% increase compared to July 2022's 14 days,” notes Chris Krzemien, the president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “In the current landscape, partnering with a knowledgeable Realtor® is crucial.
