January 2023 Palm Beach County Market Update

According to Chris Krzemien, President of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, the inventory in Palm Beach County continues to surge, with an impressive 143.3% increase, resulting in 4,202 active listings. Additionally, the county currently has a supply of inventory that amounts to 3.4 months.

In response to the growing inventory and to maximize its potential, a special event called "Open House Weekend" is being organized on February 25th and 26th. The objective is to unite Realtors® in scheduling their open houses during this weekend, generating increased traffic and visibility from potential buyers. With more options available, this event aims to provide a platform for consumers to explore and discover their ideal properties.

This collaborative effort by Realtors® during the "Open House Weekend" will create a vibrant real estate environment, connecting buyers with a wide range of available properties and fostering increased engagement within the market.
