2023 Year End Market Report & December Numbers

Hot off the press! The 2023 Year End Market Report & December Numbers from Florida Realtors® are now available, providing an in-depth look at Palm Beach County's real estate trends. These reports offer a comparative analysis of year-over-year data, focusing specifically on single-family home statistics.

In 2023, Palm Beach County experienced a notable increase in real estate activity. New listings rose by 16.1% to 1,249 compared to 2022, and the inventory of active listings grew by 13.2% to 4,575. The total dollar volume for December reached $901.5 million, up from $824.4 million in the previous year. The county also saw a 25% year-over-year increase in the monthly supply of inventory, now at 4 months, as reported by David Serle, the 2024 president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®.
