Nearly half of all home sales in the past three months included seller concessions, according to the latest Redfin report. Although, according to Barry Frette, Realtor in Delray Beach, updated properties that are priced to sell move quickly with no concessions or very little concessions. Frette says, "Palm Beach County is a desirable location and people are paying cash and moving here in droves."
