September 2024 Market Update Palm Beach County

The September 2024 Market Update for Palm Beach County reveals 932 sales, down 15.4% year-over-year. Inventory rose to 5,424 active listings, which represents a 44.1% increase from last year and slightly higher than last month. Total sales volume also declined, ending the month at $935 million.
