February 2025 Market Update Palm Beach County

February 2025 Market Update real estate data shows Palm Beach County closed 1,009 single-family home sales, with cash deals making up over 40% representing a 10% increase from January. New listings held steady at 1,874, while inventory rose 23.9% year-over-year to 6,292 active listings. The months’ supply of inventory increased to 5.7, signaling a market that is increasingly favorable to buyers, according to Jonathan Lickstein, president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®.
