April 2024 Market Update Palm Beach County

The April 2024 Market Update for Palm Beach County indicates that as summer grows near, at a time of year when more consumers arrive in South Florida, Palm Beach County's inventory has increased to 5,017 active listings, which represents a staggering 37.8% jump from last year, with a 4.4 months supply of inventory. In April 2024, the county saw over $1.6 billion in dollar volume from 1,402 closed sales. The number of new listings rose by 22.8% to 1,818.
